Some residents have claimed that we do not have any 3 story buildings in Oakland Township, including Trustee Mike Bailey.  The following short video confirms that there are many 3 story building in Oakland Township.  

Some of the fire safety concerns raised by citizens are actually worse on these three story residential buildings when compared to the proposed Blossom Ridge project.

The argument that there are no 3 story buildings in Oakland Township is NOT based on facts.
